(Answer from Sept. 14: This is a picture from a house at the corner of Vine St. and Old County Line Road, across from Old Towne Park. Meo, Luke, Jenna, and him all guessed it! If you haven’t taken a look, go by and check out all the random blue stuff in the yard!!)

My best guess would be on Cleveland Ave just north of County Line Rd…there’s some kind of Altair project and the seagull looks sort of like their logo…or Hollister…
