I DON’T think he’s skateboarding, do you see a skateboard. No, didn’t think so. Ok, I think he jumped off the top porty-potty and is attempting to show off by flipping in the air. He probably had to go to the ER immediately following the snapshot.

He attempted to be flung up by his friends, but can not do a back flip in the air. They probably brought paint along with them and painted the port a potties so that their names would be on the computer. HA HA.
