Two children born in the same hospital, in the same hour, day, and year, have the same mother and father, but are not twins.

How is this possible?

(Last week’s answer: The man was out diving in the ocean; the forest was on fire. A water bomber scooped up water to fight the fire, accidentally scooping up the diver too, and he died when he was dropped onto the forest. Smartypants and Marisa guessed it!)
