Toolbox Jewelry: The Nuts and Bolts of Fashion made from Hardware

Monday, July 18th, 2011

We had a lot of fun at our Toolbox Jewelry program last week. If you see some tweens (or librarians!) around town sporting some fancy¬†earrings or necklaces made out of hex nuts–they probably made them at the library! The event was so much fun, we don’t want to keep it all to ourselves! Here is a great on-line tutorial from the blog C.R.A.F.T (Creating Really Awesome Free Things), so you can make your own hex nut bracelet!

Keep checking our events calendar for more creative craft programs and fun events happening for free at the library!
