Remembering Jan Berenstain, 1923-2012
Do you remember your first Berentstain book? Most of us do…whether we were learning about manners or adventuring with the famous family, for decades reading with The Berenstain Bears has been a rite of passage and a fond memory of childhood.
Jan Berenstain, the mama bear of the famous husband and wife duo, passed away this past week at the age of 88. We’ll miss you Jan and thanks for a lifetime of bear hugs!
